Important Procedure Regarding New Customs Regulations

Based on the new regulations implemented on June 5th, consignees (customers) may be required to register or update their "Importer Profile" online to proceed with the customs clearance process.

If your shipment requires this action, local FedEx or our customer support team will contact you individually and provide the official webform URL. Should you receive this notification, we respectfully ask for your prompt cooperation in completing the registration.

・Risk of Automatic Return: If the requests from local customs (such as profile registration) are not fulfilled, your package cannot be cleared and may be automatically returned to Japan without prior notice.
