Tier Evaluation Period Update | EXCLUSIVE MEMBERS

 Thank you for your continued loyalty to MARK & LONA. To ensure a more transparent and easy-to-understand service standard, we would like to inform you that the evaluation period for membership tiers will be updated as follows.

■Details of the Change
We will be updating the calculation period for the annual purchase amount, which determines your membership tier, as follows:

・[Before] March 1 – February 28(the following year)
・[After] January 1 – December 31(within the same year)

■Transition Schedule
As a special measure for the transition to the new system, this year’s assessment will be retroactively applied starting from January 1, 2026.


・2026 Evaluation Period: January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026
・2027 and beyond: January 1 - December 31 (Annually)

■Effective Date
March 5, 2026(JST)
