(2) Method of confirming that the person making the request for disclosure, etc. is the person himself/herself or his/her agent
(A) The person in charge of the Complaint Counseling Center will confirm the identity of the person requesting the disclosure, based on the document identifying the person specified below.
(B) In addition to the documents identifying the person making the request for disclosure, the person in charge of the Complaint Counseling Center shall confirm the following documents certifying the relationship between the person subject to disclosure and his/her representative.
(C) Documents identifying the person and the agent must have a copy of the certificate issued by the public institution with the example below.

Article 3 (Consent)

This Privacy Policy is posted on the settings screen of this application, and is deemed to be publicly announced at the time of posting. Users are requested to review this Privacy Policy when launching the Application for the first time.
2. Consent will be obtained when acquiring device location information by GPS (satellite positioning system), Wi-Fi, mobile network, or sensor in order to provide store information. If you do not give your consent, you will not be able to use the function of providing store information.
