Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes are covered by MARK & LONA. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
* Please note that customs duties incurred during return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.

* Excludes some products (caddy bags, Epon, ETC)
Please note that all products are shipped by FedEx.

Customer is responsible for all return and reshipment charges due to their circumstances.

- Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days.
- Other couriers except for our specified carrier must not be used for deliveries.
- After completion of the delivery procedure, we will send you a shipping email from <international@markandlona.com>.
If you have inquiries regarding delivery, such as "change of delivery destination" or "change of delivery date and time", please contact directly our specified courier with the tracking number provided in the email.
