Initial Defect Policies
The period of initial defect exchange or return will be allowed for receiving contact from customers within one week after arrival of the items. Defective items can be exchanged if the same items are instock; refunds are available if items are unavailable.

- Replacement due to initial defects will be handled by shipping to the original shipping address.
- New items will be sent and defective items will be picked-up at the same time.
Return Goods Policies
Please note that returns are not allowed, due to the customer's convenience described below:
- Wrong Size (as ordered)
- Wrong Color (as ordered)
- Orders by mistake
- Past 8 days after the arrival of the product
- In the case of damage or damage of the product due to the negligence of the customer
- If products have been sent directly without contacting our customer support
- If products are used once by customers
- If products are without tags and accessories
Exchange Of Goods Policies
We will only accept exchanges for non defective items, only if we inspect them as "unused items" by our standards.
In addition, products which are sale items, reserved items, fukubukuro, sanitary items (underwear), wrapping kits, wrapping services are not eligible for replacement.

Please check the following criteria for unused items:
- Must be within 7 days from arrival
- The items (including the box and accessories) returned are in the same condition that you received it
- There are tags and labels
- There is a copy of the invoice
- There is no stain, scratches, and smell
- The item comes with unopened packages
- The item must be never used
- The item must be unrepaired or unwashed
