Application Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Definitions)

This Application Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) sets forth the handling of user information for the smartphone application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) and services related to the Application (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided by Cube, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and the services related to the Application (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). Please refer to Article 10 for the Company's contact information.

Article 2 (Items of Information to be Obtained, Purpose of Use, Method of Obtaining Information)

1. When you use the Application and the Service, the following user information will be obtained automatically via the Application or by registering it manually by you.

2. When this application is launched for the first time, you will be asked to register the categories you are interested in and the stores you frequently visit (GPS location information will be acquired to provide store information).

Article 3 (Consent)

1. Please read and understand this Privacy Policy before using the Application and the Service. This Privacy Policy is posted on the settings screen of this application, and is deemed to be publicly announced at the time of posting. Users are requested to review this Privacy Policy when launching the Application for the first time.

2. Consent will be obtained when acquiring device location information by GPS (satellite positioning system), Wi-Fi, mobile network, or sensor in order to provide store information. If you do not give your consent, you will not be able to use the function of providing store information.

Article 4 (Transmission of User Information Outside the Terminal and Provision to Third Parties, etc.)

We will not transmit data outside the terminal or provide user information obtained in accordance with Article 2 to any third party.

Article 5 (Method of User Involvement)

The Service allows users to stop obtaining, change, delete, or stop using all or part of their information by operation or request.

Article 6 (Termination of Service and Handling of Information)

When a user deletes (uninstalls) this application from a terminal, all user information in this application is immediately deleted from the terminal.
However, if the user wishes to terminate use of the Service, the user must follow the procedures prescribed by the Service separately.

Article 8 (Disclosure and provision of information)

We will not disclose or provide any information obtained or stored from users of this application or service to any third party other than those specified in this Privacy Policy without the user's consent. However, the following cases are excluded.

When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.

Article 10 (Modification)

The Company may change this Privacy Policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations.
If there are any changes in the items of user information to be obtained, additions, purpose of use, provision to third parties, etc., as a result of version upgrades of this application, the Company will notify the user in a written notice, and for important items, the Company will obtain consent again before or during installation.
