Application Terms & Conditions

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions for the use of the application for tablets and smartphones (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) by Cube, Inc. to its members through app stores such as App Store and Google Play, and shall apply to all customers who use the Application (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).

Article 2 (Preferential Effect)

The “Terms & Conditions” shall apply to any matter not stipulated in these Specific Regulations.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Specific Regulations and the “Terms & Conditions” the Specific Regulations shall take precedence.

 

Article 3 (Version)

Users shall use the Application after constantly upgrading it to the latest version.
The Company shall not be liable for any problems arising from the use of any version of the Application other than the most recent version by the User.

 

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights, etc.)

All rights (including intellectual property rights such as patent rights and copyrights) related to this application belong to the Company. Users shall use the Application in accordance with these Terms of Use, and shall also comply with any license terms and conditions separately stipulated by the Company, if any.

 

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, completeness, usefulness, or any other aspect of the contents of this application.
The Company reserves the right to change or discontinue any or all parts of this application without notice, and shall not be liable to any member for such changes or discontinuation.
Users shall use this application at their own risk and shall not hold us liable for any such use.
We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this application, regardless of the cause of the claim.

 

Article 6 (User Information and Handling thereof)

We may obtain certain information about the user (“User Information, etc.”) when the user uses the Application.
The Company will appropriately handle information obtained from users in accordance with the “Application Privacy Policy” established by the Company. Users shall agree to the handling of user information, etc. based on said “Application Privacy Policy”.

 

Article 7 (Terms of Use)

With respect to the use of this application, the user shall comply with the provisions set forth in Items 1 through 3, and shall agree to the provisions set forth in Items 4 and 5.
(1) The purpose of use shall be limited to private and non-commercial purposes.
(2) You may not reproduce, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works.
(3) You may not attempt to circumvent, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any security technology or software used by the Company, or induce or assist others to do so.
(4) The rules of use may change after five (5) business days after the revised Terms become available to you.
(5) You shall check these Terms of Use each time you use the Site.
